Subscription filters on DW

Does anyone know why I seem to be able to create access filters on DW, but when I create a subscription filter, it won't save it? Is that feature maybe not complete?

Is there anyone who would like to be on my Stella's Art Corner on DW once I get it set up again?

I wasn't sure how to use subscription filters here (haven't had need of them anyway - my reading list is small) but I just learned thanks to the comments in your lj. :) It's so simple but I swear I couldn't make it work when I had first tried!

Yeah, exactly! But I was doing it right - I swear!! It just wasn't working at first!

Once it's set up over here, of course you'll be on that filter. Actually, I already made one, I just don't have any of the entries over here yet.

Well, it's not up here at DW, but once it is, you'll be in it, of course! I was going to bring over my whole LJ, but now I'm not so sure. I was looking at DW as a fresh start, and wasn't sure I wanted to bring over the whole friends group as is. I was thinking of keeping it smaller over here for now. But if you import your whole LJ, ALL of it comes. And I don't want to defriend people becasue that makes me feel bad. I don't know.

I'm so clueless, I don't even know how to bring an entire journal over here, not that I have many posts on LJ so that's fine. I've been adding people I know one by one, lol.

I can't figure out why my layout won't show "previous entries" on my reading page?

Whatever you decide, I don't mind commenting over here or on LJ, I'll follow you wherever you are. :)

I don't remember exactly where it is, this is all still new to me even though I've had the journal for a year and a half!! But it's real easy to find, and real easy to do. Look in Manage something. Just poke around a little - you'll find it.

I think the only way to bring over entries and not import EVERYTHING would be to copy and paste each one! What a pain! So I might not do it at all. I might just start up new, here. For awhile, I'll crosspost and see how that goes.

Well, I don't have the Art Corner stuff over here yet. It's still only at LJ. It's completely non-fandom art experimentation and such. Still interested?

Ok, I'll add you at LJ and DW, both. But there's nothing at DW currently, and Stellas Art Corner is on hiatus. But once I start posting it again, I'll be posting it at DW.

Once I add you, you'll be able to see the entries under the "sac" tag. If you're interested in seeing what I did all these months, you should probably start at the beginning and browse through in order. THere's nothing ground breaking or amazing in there! If you check out the first entry, you'll see my explanation for what I was hoping to achieve - why I was doing it in the first place.

Cassie, I was surprised to discover that you haven't been in that filter all along! I just put everyone on it who responded to my poll back in Feb, requesting access. I'm adding you now (at LJ - not up here at DW yet). So if you want to see what i did all those months (weekly postings) check out the "sac" tag. I'd recommend going through them in order. ;) Keep in mind, it has NOTHING to do with fandom - so I hope that won't be too disappointing.

I resolved that technical issue. Or perhaps it resolved itself. I'm not sure. LOL
